Our Animals

At Lucki 7 Farm our animals are raised 100% naturally, free from antibiotics, chemicals, and added hormones. The animals have lush green pastures to roam and root in daily. We raise old fashioned breeds which creates a higher quality product that is known for its flavor and juiciness. Buying local from a network of small family run farms is beneficial for your local community. This assures food safety, quality, and is of less risk to our natural resources.

Let us help you feed your family naturally!

Poultry

Animals raised on open pasture enjoy a much higher quality of life than those confined in factory farms. Our chickens are free from added hormones, antibiotics, chemicals, and are fed a healthy diet containing a wide range of nutritious foods.

Pork

Our pigs are free to root, dig, and run which improves the quality of the meat and the quality of the animal's life.  They are free to roam and are moved to fresh pasture regularly to keep them healthy. Their feed is free of antibiotics, added hormones, artificial supplements and they are not crowded in tiny pens. We offer ribs, pork chops, roasts and uncured bacon that is free from nitrites and nitrates.

Beef

We believe it is important to be good stewards of the land and the animals we raise. Our cattle are not confined and are free of steroids and antibiotics. The need for antibiotics, supplemental growth hormones, and feed with animal by products doesn’t exist because our cattle graze on the rich grasses that grow here on Lucki 7 Farm. During the colder months our pastured raised beef are fed local grain for better flavor. We have ground beef in 1lb and 5lb packs, tenderloin, roast, and other cuts available.

Sheep

Our sheep are a proud part of keeping the natural balance on our farm. They are free of any steroids ,antibiotics, or added hormones. When experiencing our Northern NY winters, the sheep are warm and comfortable in their spacious pens inside of our barns. During the warmer months, the sheep are free to roam and rotational graze on our beautiful pastures. We believe in using rotational grazing it does not only benefit their overall health by reducing stress levels and parasitic infections, but rotational grazing also improves the overall health of our soil and pastures. Our commitment extends beyond the well-being of our animals—we are dedicated to enriching both our community and the land we are fortunate to farm.
